STAR EVENTS

STAR (Students Taking Action with Recognition) events are a major part of the FCCLA year. Students start with a concept or idea and turn it into a project. STAR events are first presented at the mid-winter region meeting and can be advanced to the State Conference or even the National Leadership Conference.
